Yellow — Privacy Policy

Yellow is made by Pazulabs. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: it stays on your phone.
What we collect
Nothing. Yellow has no account system, no login, and no server. We do not collect, receive, transmit, or store any personal information about you.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter — symptoms, severity ratings, cycle dates, flow, treatments, appointments, notes, photographs, videos and audio recordings — is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. It is never uploaded.
Audio recordings are transcribed using Apple’s on-device speech recognition. The audio is not sent to Apple or to us for transcription.
Photographs, videos and audio recordings can be locked behind Face ID or your device passcode. Yellow does not have access to your photo library unless you choose to import an image.
Sharing
Nothing is shared automatically. When you export a PDF report, you choose where it goes using the iOS share sheet — email, print, messages, or a file. At that point the information leaves your device because you sent it. We never see it.
Analytics and advertising
Yellow contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. We cannot see how you use the app.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive anonymous aggregate sales reports from Apple. We never receive your name, email address, or payment details.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves it.
Deletion
Deleting the app deletes all of your data permanently. Because we never receive it, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and nothing we can recover.
Children
Yellow is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. Your health record is yours, on your device, under your control.

If this policy changes we’ll update this page and the date above.
