SpitFire — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the SpitFire app (“App”), operated by Pazulabs. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
SpitFire generates AI-written, AI-performed comedic “roast” rap videos from photos you provide. All output is automatically generated for entertainment and comedic purposes. It is fictional comedy and is not a statement of fact about any person.
2. Your responsibilities — acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- Only upload photos you own or have the right to use.
- Only roast people who are adults (18+) and who consent to being roasted.
- Not use the App to bully, harass, threaten, demean, or defame any person.
- Not upload photos of anyone who appears to be under 18.
- Not upload sexual, explicit, hateful, or otherwise unlawful images.
- Not use the output to harm, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use and share any roast you create.
3. Subscriptions
SpitFire Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed at £3.99 per week (or the local equivalent). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions are administered by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
4. Content and disclaimer
Roasts are generated by AI and are intended as comedy. They may be inaccurate, exaggerated, or absurd by design. Pazulabs does not endorse and is not responsible for the content generated, nor for how you choose to use or share it.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its branding, and its underlying technology are owned by Pazulabs. Subject to these Terms, you may use the roast videos you create for personal and social use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pazulabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
